| Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to deal with us in an environment of confidence. So if you are not happy with any of the gems you purchase you have the option to return them to us within 10 days of receipt. Please ask as many questions you feel necessary about any merchandise you are considering before buying in order to increase the likelihood of getting exactly what you want. A GIA certified gemologist will answer all your questions. |

This is very important and is a pre-requisite for a full refund:
| a. | We give you a full 10 days to examine your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the merchandise you receive please contact us immediately (note that the refund period is 10 days from date of receipt). |
| b. | The gemstone and all its relevant documents must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging materials and unused Certificates. |
| c. | Before returning an item for a refund, please obtain a Goods Return Authorization number by emailing us at customerservice@lapigems.com or directly contact the customer service agent allocated to you when you ordered. They will update the system to show your order as "returning" in your account and the system will issue you with an official Goods Return Authorization number and will send you an email with full return details. Print out the email and include it in the package you return. Please note that any returned items that are not accompanied by an official Goods Return Authorization number will be returned to you at your expense. |
| d. | Returning merchandise for a Refund must be sent prepaid using only Federal Express to the following address:

| e. | If in the event that you change your mind after purchasing a gemstone and decide that you don't want the merchandise after it has been shipped, but before it arrives, please do not refuse to accept the postal delivery. Doing so will mean that you will be liable for brokerage charges and duty incurred upon its return. |
| f. | Once we receive the goods back into stock we will refund you in full less the $30 shipping fee. We do not charge a restocking fee and refunds are issued immediately no questions asked. |

| You must register as a member first before you can purchase on lapigems.com. Please do this on the members page. Once logged in you will be able to add items that you might like, to a shopping cart by clicking on the "Buy this Gemstone" link displayed on every gemstone details page. You may add as many items as you like. Use the View Cart link to check the items in your cart periodically as you browse. When you have finished "shopping" click on the Checkout link. Shipping costs of a flat rate of $30 will be added automatically. Insurance in transit is free and subsidized by us. Please then choose your payment option – Credit/Debit Card, Electronic Check (ACH), Wire Transfer or Check by Mail. Please read the Payment Options section below for more information on these. Once you have chosen a payment option and completed payment, your goods will be shipped with Fedex, right to your door. We will email you with the Fedex tracking number of your shipment as soon as it has been dispatched so that you can track it. Additionally, you will receive a full online receipt confirming your payment. You then have 10 days to return them in the unlikely event you are not happy - see our Global Return Policy. | Option 1 : Credit or Debit Card / Online Digital check : The most common and quickest method is to pay by credit or debit card. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Your credit card details will be instantly and securely authorized by an independent company - 2Checkout.com, based in the USA. This is for your security. State-of-the-art encryption systems are used to protect your card details and as one of the largest companies in their field, with an extensive buyer protection system, they offer maximum and guaranteed security for shopping online. Alternatively, a new option which is available for holders of US based checking accounts is digital online check – this is a system known as ACH which emulates the process used when you write a physical check except it is all done digitally. | Options 2 and 3 : Wire Transfer or Check by Mail : You may also pay by direct wire transfer or by check in the mail if you would prefer. However, this method of payment is slower than by credit card as we are required to wait until the funds are cleared before shipping. This may delay shipping of your goods. |
